This is the eleventh interview for the Eminent Scholars Archive with an incumbent of the Arthur Goodhart Visiting Professor of Legal Science. Professor Saunders is Laureate Professor Emeritus at Melbourne Law School, and Founding Director of the Centre for Comparative Constitutional Studies at the University of Melbourne.
