The library will be closed on the following days:
- August Bank Holiday: Monday 31 August 2026
- Christmas Holidays: Thursday 24 December 2026 - Sunday 4 January 2027 inclusive (Please note the library usually closes at lunchtime on 23 December)
- Easter Holidays: Friday 26 March 2027 - Monday 29 March 2027 inclusive
- August Bank Holiday: Monday 30 August 2027
Procedure at Closing Time
Please note that a bell is sounded 5 minutes before the library closes. Please leave the library promptly to allow the building to be secured.
