CV / Biography

Sarah teaches labour and criminal law.  She is currently running a research project, supported by the Employment Lawyers Association, exploring the resolution of employment disputes. The book Reimagining Employment Dispute Resolution will be published in Spring 2026.

She has given evidence to the Joint Committee on Human Rights in relation to industrial action, and to the Parliamentary Cross Party Working Group on Independent Complaints. She was invited to speak on Radio 4's Unreliable evidence discussing the Gender Pay Gap.
