The Squire Library is pleased to note the publication of transcripts of the interviews with Professor Kurt Lipstein and an accompanying commentary in the most recent edition of the International Journal of Legal Information (35(1) International Journal of Legal Information 93-133 (Spring 2007)).
This publication represents a small subset of the growing body of work by Lesley Dingle and Daniel Bates which comprises the Squire's Eminent Scholars Archive which also already contains biographies, bibliographies, interviews and other information about Professor Sir Derek Bowett, Mr RWM Dias, and the Arthur Goodhart Visiting Professor of Legal Science.
A video recording of the final lecture delivered on the English Legal Methods Course on 17 July 2006 by Professor Lipstein (the last before his death) is also now available to watch online.
