Booking study space in the PhD area on level 2

Desk spaces can be booked for up to a maximum of one month at a time. You can check whether desk spaces are available for a specific date using the calendar below. All bookings should be made by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. Please e-mail deskbooking@law.cam.ac.uk including the following details:

  • Your name
  • The preferred start date of your booking
  • The preferred end date of your booking
  • Your current desk number (if renewing an existing desk booking)

Once we have received your booking, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. This includes confirmation of the start and end date of your booking and the desk number you have been allocated.  If there are no available desks for the dates you have requested you will be informed of the next available date.

Using Room T11

Room T11 contains 16 desks for Law PhD students to use on a drop-in basis. Access to the room is by University Card scan. Please contact the Computer Office team to activate your University Card for entry. As this area is designed for hot-desking we ask that students do not leave personal items in this room. Some shelving is available for library books to be stored for day-to-day use.
